Day 36, Monday 21st February 2005

Another freezing morning, with snow on the ground. The security guards on the B4032 don't particularly seem to welcome my arrival, as it means they have to hang around the gate in the cold, video me and my car and generally appear menacing. Just in case I should manage to sprint between them and somehow disable the three machines working up the field, I guess.

They're putting up more fences and clearing away already-cut hedgerow. I take a few photographs, collect some jam jars and a glove left behind the night before and leave...

...in order to discuss the common assault, committed against me on 3rd February, with the police.

We also let Bucks CC know about our planned judicial review, so that they can't cry foul.
